Employer costs
Clearly defined costs
- Worker net salary
- Taxes and contributions
- Accommodation
- Meals (3 per day or min 100 EUR/month)
- Possible return ticket costs in special situations
After arrival
Status and extension
After arrival, the worker has regulated stay and work for the duration of the D visa (6 months). To extend the engagement, it is necessary to start the procedure for a work‑residence permit before the visa expires. Our recommendation is around 30 days before expiry, to ensure all conditions for starting the process are met.
